- Bill and investigate health insurance claims to support maximum reimbursement for hospital and medical-provider clients
- Research commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims to identify issues and payment opportunities
- Follow up on unresolved claims to confirm status and obtain or provide required information
- Help maximize reimbursement for medical-provider clients
- Support denial reporting, audits, and broader team operations
- Complete interactive training and hands-on exercises during the 8–10 business-day training period

- Experience researching and resolving commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims
- Knowledge of correctly filing UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information
- Familiarity with billing health insurance for auto-accident claims
- Experience performing timely follow-up to verify claim status and collect or provide information
- Experience working with EPIC
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Technical ability to use multiple monitors and software applications simultaneously
- Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
