विवरण

Bill and investigate health insurance claims to support maximum reimbursement for hospital and medical-provider clients
Research commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims to identify issues and payment opportunities
Follow up on unresolved claims to confirm status and obtain or provide required information
Help maximize reimbursement for medical-provider clients
Support denial reporting, audits, and broader team operations
Complete interactive training and hands-on exercises during the 8–10 business-day training period

आवश्यकताएँ

Experience researching and resolving commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims
Knowledge of correctly filing UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information
Familiarity with billing health insurance for auto-accident claims
Experience performing timely follow-up to verify claim status and collect or provide information
Experience working with EPIC
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Technical ability to use multiple monitors and software applications simultaneously
Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
