Remote Contracts Manager

Manage customer contract operations, lifecycle management, and Salesforce optimization for Netrix Global. Improve efficient, compliant, and scalable contracting processes across the business.

Description

  • Lead customer contracting from intake through completion while managing daily Contract Operations activities
  • Manage the full customer contract lifecycle, including SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and related commercial documents
  • Oversee intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, retention, and archival of contracts
  • Verify that contract documentation is complete, approved, and consistent with established standards
  • Coordinate the transition of executed contracts to relevant downstream business teams
  • Assess SOWs and related commercial documents for completeness, consistency, readiness, and compliance
  • Improve contracting workflows in partnership with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery, and other stakeholders
  • Find process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements to efficiency, visibility, and turnaround times
  • Lead automation efforts that reduce manual work and improve the stakeholder experience
  • Set and maintain service-level expectations and operational controls
  • Act as the main connection between business stakeholders and Legal
  • Coordinate contract reviews, issue tracking, risk escalation, and resolution of contractual matters
  • Review and coordinate negotiations for customer MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other commercial agreements
  • Help maintain approval matrices, playbooks, templates, and contracting standards
  • Advise stakeholders on contract processes and help resolve related issues
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success
  • Own CLM processes and associated systems as the business representative
  • Manage and enhance contract workflows in CLM and Salesforce
  • Maintain contract repositories, reports, documentation standards, and data accuracy
  • Create reporting that highlights bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
  • Reduce contract turnaround times while preserving compliance and quality
  • Improve transparency and accountability across the contracting process
  • Simplify and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Increase adoption of CLM and Salesforce contracting processes
  • Develop effective partnerships across functions
  • Build a scalable Contract Operations capability to support company growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of experience in Contract Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Legal Operations, or a related area
  • Background supporting agreements in technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or consulting
  • Experience handling customer contracts, SOWs, Change Orders, and other commercial agreements
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including contract-related business processes
  • Experience using or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management platform
  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • DocuSign CLM or comparable CLM platform experience preferred
  • Experience in a technology services, managed services, consulting, or SaaS organization preferred
  • Experience delivering workflow automation and process optimization initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow and contracting tools preferred
  • Some travel is required
