Description
- Identify customer needs through consultative meetings and site visits, then recommend solutions that fit the product.
- Create and deliver tailored demos and proposals in person and remotely, highlighting strategic benefits.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from field prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
- Manage and grow accounts by strengthening relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Support customer onboarding by coordinating with support and implementation teams to ensure a successful launch.
Requirements
- Based in Medellín, Colombia
- Proven consultative sales experience
- At least two years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing mid-sized and large customers, ideally involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling software or technology solutions is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong focus on results and achieving targets
