Mid-Senior FinCrime Analytics Engineer, Satispay (Barcelona Hybrid)
Build governed data pipelines, feature stores, and AI-driven workflows for Satispay’s financial crime analytics. Help strengthen risk decisions across the company’s financial services platform.
Description
- Advance the Data Mesh layer through resilient data models and pipelines aligned with Satispay’s federated data strategy
- Maintain reliable data collection and high-volume batch processing for dashboards and analytical models
- Create AI-enabled agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning varied business needs
- Turn technical findings into practical improvements and more effective data models
- Build high-value feature-store capabilities with optimized code for large-scale data
- Convert complex data models into clear, efficient SQL-queryable relationships
- Optimize platform performance while maintaining strong data quality
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Strong command of SQL, Python, big-data technologies, distributed processing, dbt, Airflow, Spark, or comparable tools
- Practical experience developing ETL data pipelines
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with feature stores, graph databases, or machine learning engineering is an advantage
