Lead Product Manager, Behavioral Health

Lead product strategy for a healthcare platform supporting behavioral health workflows. Shape scalable solutions across care coordination, interoperability, crisis response, and cross-functional delivery.

Description

  • Set the vision and strategic direction for key Chorus platform product lines
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to develop and execute product strategy
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for behavioral health workflows spanning intake, referrals, crisis response, care coordination, and case management
  • Convert market developments, policy changes, customer patterns, research, and operational insights into product priorities, requirements, sequencing, and reusable patterns
  • Standardize recurring customer and implementation patterns to increase reuse, limit one-off customization, and improve delivery speed and quality
  • Define complex workflows, data requirements, business rules, and integrations across internal and external systems
  • Guide roadmap and investment choices using user value, differentiation, delivery leverage, technical limitations, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain requirements, workflow specifications, prioritization frameworks, templates, and playbooks
  • Apply product, operational, market, customer, and user insights to assess performance and improve experience and business outcomes
  • Work with Go-to-Market, Delivery, and Partner Success teams on demos, scoping, positioning, and customer-facing communications
  • Serve as a senior product advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, helping teams resolve ambiguity and make informed decisions

Requirements

  • At least eight years of end-to-end product management experience leading complex product lines
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leaders, including a VP of Product, on multi-year execution strategies and platform evolution
  • Deep experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or other highly regulated, workflow-intensive sectors
  • Ability to turn complex clinical conditions, policy developments, and market signals into scalable product standards
  • Advanced skill in identifying patterns across customer implementations to increase platform reuse, reduce custom code, and build repeatable modules for complex enterprise integrations
  • Strong working knowledge of modern healthcare data architectures
  • Experience designing mobile-first experiences for frontline workflows
  • Understanding of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, along with EHR and EDW integrations
  • Established ability to connect R&D, Delivery, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Experience defining execution standards, creating effective playbooks, and coaching cross-functional teams through ambiguity
  • Exceptional judgment balancing strategic differentiation, technical constraints, user value, and commercial viability
  • An advanced degree such as an MS, MBA, or clinical degree, or a relevant technical or clinical background, is preferred
  • Experience establishing product management standards, frameworks, and playbooks across a growing product organization is preferred
  • Hands-on experience leading crisis response, care coordination, or time-sensitive mobile workflows in healthcare environments is preferred
