Information Security Human Risk Analyst II at Cencora (Remote, United States)

Cencora is hiring a remote Information Security Human Risk Analyst II to support cybersecurity awareness programs. The role coordinates training, phishing simulations, communications, performance metrics, and audit-ready records.

Description

  • Coordinate recurring and targeted information security training, covering audience validation, assignments, communications, completion tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Support simulated phishing campaigns from planning and template review through audience coordination, launch, results analysis, and follow-up learning.
  • Oversee assigned human risk initiatives, including new-hire onboarding, role-based training, manager communications, accountability follow-ups, and communications updates.
  • Create and improve learner communications, teaching moments, manager talking points, job aids, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and unresolved issues while reporting status to program leads and stakeholders.
  • Gather, organize, and preserve audit-ready records for training, phishing exercises, acknowledgements, communications, and recurring operations.
  • Analyze training and campaign outcomes to identify trends, improvement areas, learner support requirements, and process gaps, then recommend next steps.
  • Partner with Information Security, Communications, HR, Legal, Employee Relations, technology owners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, communications, marketing, cybersecurity, business, education, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience may also qualify.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in security awareness, training operations, communications, phishing simulations, instructional support, or program coordination.
  • Strong task management, business writing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with phishing simulation platforms, learning management systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Marketing Cloud or comparable communication tools, process documentation, multilingual coordination, campaign reporting, and basic metrics.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into plain-language content using clear visuals and a supportive learning tone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
