Source and engage French- and English-speaking candidates for a global professional services client. Build talent pipelines, apply advanced sourcing techniques, and provide data-led recruitment insights.
Description
- Develop sourcing strategies with Recruiting and Sourcing leads for assigned areas
- Partner with Recruitment teams to deliver candidate pipelines aligned with business demand
- Serve as a sourcing subject matter expert
- Work with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to optimize sourcing channels and tools
- Proactively identify and submit qualified candidates against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Build and maintain candidate relationships that support a strong candidate experience
- Prepare business updates and reporting based on data-driven insights
- Participate in sourcing meetings, project planning, and initiatives across the Europe Sourcing team
- Coach and support the development of team members
- Support recruitment delivery for a global professional services client
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices
- Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns and targeted sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates directly through multiple channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems
- Knowledge of Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques
- Ability to provide external market and industry intelligence
- Collaborative working style with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement
- Proactive growth mindset focused on ongoing professional development
- Legally authorized to live and work in the position's country without employer sponsorship
