Description
- Lead and oversee workstreams across client engagements
- Act as a primary contact for client stakeholders
- Supervise and support senior consultants and analysts
- Assess client challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop tailored recommendations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Review and integrate quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Identify delivery risks and recommend practical responses
- Coordinate internal resources and capabilities with client requirements
- Contribute to proposals, opportunity scoping, and stakeholder research
- Build sector expertise while actively seeking mentorship and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
- At least five years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, or business transformation
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing client relationships
- Experience with client co-creation and solution design
- Strong structured problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience developing business cases and implementation plans
- Ability to design data-driven, technology-enabled solutions
- Understanding of systems thinking and end-to-end process integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and workloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel according to client requirements
