Energy Savings Operations Analyst (Remote)

Support Franklin Energy’s multifamily energy savings program through Excel-based tools, reporting, project coordination, and operational improvements.

Description

  • Identify and implement operational improvements using Excel tools, process updates, and information management enhancements
  • Create and refine reporting and tracking tools for client and program deliverables
  • Build project timelines, oversee key milestones, and communicate project progress
  • Coordinate with support teams and, when applicable, clients to complete projects and enhancements
  • Find automation opportunities through advanced Excel capabilities and information management development
  • Serve as the primary contact for process, technology, and tool enhancements
  • Plan training, process updates, and reporting capabilities associated with program enhancements
  • Help launch new tools and program features through development, testing, and training
  • Drive continuous improvement through system and process enhancements
  • Oversee program reporting activities, including invoicing, data validation, and issue resolution
  • Train additional team members on reporting tools and capabilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or office experience
  • Two years of report design and development experience
  • 1–2 years of client-facing project management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to identify and resolve application issues with customers and trade allies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong data-entry skills in tracking systems and databases
  • Effective verbal and written communication with customers, clients, and employees
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, and ratios
