Dutch-Speaking Compliance Officer – Malta Hybrid

Join ComeOn Group in Malta to oversee regulatory obligations, audits, reporting, policies, and responsible gaming compliance across its international iGaming brands. The role focuses on Dutch-market requirements, Ksa obligations, and advising internal teams.

Description

  • Monitor regulatory developments, Dutch legislation, and Ksa licensing obligations, and coordinate their implementation internally.
  • Investigate escalated customer complaints and prepare formal responses for external dispute-resolution bodies.
  • Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, terms and conditions, and operational procedures.
  • Produce regulatory reports for management and the Ksa.
  • Support internal and external compliance audits while safeguarding data accuracy.
  • Advise Customer Support and Marketing on iGaming regulations, responsible gaming requirements, and marketing standards.
  • Design and deliver training on regulatory frameworks and operational compliance policies.
  • Gather information and prepare reports for relevant regulators and supervisory authorities.
  • Help implement and maintain recurring ISO27001 and other applicable information-security recertifications.
  • Handle compliance administration, track regulatory metrics, and support continuous improvement across the department.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in Dutch and experience working in regulated markets, including the Dutch market.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess risks, understand business impact, and implement measures that protect the operator’s licence integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to prioritise competing work, meet demanding regulatory deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Jira is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic IT tools is advantageous.
  • A strong interest in AI and its potential to advance regulatory compliance.
