DTC eCommerce Operations Manager
Lead operations for a growing physical-product DTC eCommerce brand, spanning supply chain, fulfillment, people, and processes. Build SOPs, systems, reporting, and accountability across the business.
Description
- Run daily operations and address bottlenecks early
- Create and implement SOPs, workflows, and systems in Notion
- Oversee supply chain, inventory, purchasing, logistics, 3PLs, and fulfillment
- Help lead customer service and cross-functional teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, team accountability, and performance management
- Manage projects from concept through delivery with limited founder involvement
- Develop reporting and KPIs that give leadership clear operational visibility
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and other external partners
Requirements
- Hands-on, in-house experience operating a physical-product DTC or eCommerce brand
- At least three years in operations, general management, or a similar leadership position
- Experience spanning multiple business functions rather than a single department
- Strong experience with supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and 3PLs
- A track record of creating SOPs and processes that scale
- Experience hiring and managing teams and holding them accountable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or nutrition is a strong plus
- Experience working directly with founders at a high-growth DTC company is a strong plus
- A background as Head of Operations, General Manager, COO, or Chief of Staff is a strong plus
