Developer Relations Community Manager - Netherlands Remote

Developer Relations Community Manager responsible for growing adoption of Axelera AI’s Voyager SDK and Metis platform. Leads technical content, events, community support, and open-source engagement across Europe.

Description

  • Expand the developer community using Axelera technologies
  • Build trust and credibility across Axelera AI and third-party developer communities
  • Engage audiences, promote products, and maintain a useful, well-moderated community
  • Answer technical questions across the community platform, GitHub, and social channels
  • Help developers troubleshoot driver issues, SDK compatibility problems, and performance tuning challenges
  • Create and distribute product updates, tutorials, social content, and newsletters
  • Use AI tools to draft, adapt, and localize content while preserving technical accuracy
  • Build relationships with influencers, edge AI leaders, power users, hobbyists, and integrators
  • Plan and host in-person and virtual community events, webinars, and meetups
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of the Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU
  • Collect community feedback and direct it to product teams
  • Advocate for community-requested features and model zoo additions
  • Grow the community while maintaining forum quality, categorization, tagging, and response-time SLAs
  • Use AI-assisted tools to triage and route incoming questions
  • Monitor response times, resolution rates, sentiment, growth, and other community health metrics
  • Apply AI-assisted analysis to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Encourage Voyager SDK issues, forks, pull requests, and other open-source contributions
  • Work with community members and internal engineering to resolve public technical issues

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the AI hardware landscape
  • Experience in community management or developer relations within a technical company, ideally in semiconductors, embedded systems, or AI/ML tooling
  • Established presence or credibility in AI or developer communities
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate SDK- and hardware-level concepts into clear content for hobbyists through enterprise engineers
  • Comfort using GitHub, forums, Discord or Slack-style tools, social channels, and community management platforms
  • Practical fluency with modern AI tools, including LLM-based writing and research assistants, AI-supported analytics, and content generation tools
  • Ability to critically assess AI-generated output and conduct human accuracy reviews
  • Working knowledge of the software and SDK development lifecycle
  • Ability to follow discussions involving model deployment, drivers, and pipeline development
  • Experience with or genuine interest in maker communities, including Raspberry Pi, Arduino, single-board computers, or home automation
  • Genuine interest in supporting a technical, self-sustaining community
  • Ability to design and execute community strategies that increase engagement and product adoption
  • Comfort working with engagement data and metrics
  • English resume required
