Senior Site Activation Coordinator, IQVIA, Bellville South Africa

Description
- Carry out country-level site activation activities with general supervision
- Conduct feasibility, activation, and selected maintenance activities for investigative sites in assigned studies
- Collaborate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and relevant departments
- Verify documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
- Prepare site materials and review, monitor, and follow up on questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documentation, Informed Consent Forms, and Investigator Pack release documents
- Maintain internal systems, databases, trackers, timelines, and project plans with accurate study-specific information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or a related discipline
- At least one year of professional experience; healthcare experience is advantageous
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for building productive relationships with colleagues, managers, and sponsors
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to follow applicable local and international regulations, standard operating procedures, project specifications, and contractual or budgetary requirements
