Client Success Manager, Data Mastering

Support asset managers and distributors using FE fundinfo’s Data Mastering products. Build client relationships, track product adoption, and relay customer needs to product teams.

Description

  • Help new Data Mastering clients move from sales discussions to confident, active use of the product.
  • Develop lasting relationships with asset management and distribution clients across an assigned portfolio.
  • Find ways for clients to gain greater value from Data Mastering products and services.
  • Track client product use and engagement.
  • Stay informed about the product range and clients’ changing needs to offer timely, relevant recommendations.
  • Work with product, operations, and data strategy teams to connect client needs with the development roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience in the fund industry, or in B2B client success or relationship management, ideally in a SaaS or technology setting.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels of a client organisation.
  • Confidence using Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex propositions clearly and professionally.
  • Resilience and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
