- Drive sales and distribution for company products across the assigned territory
- Oversee territory and customer management activities
- Meet sales targets through market visits and initiatives that strengthen sales
- Build understanding of the RS system and the company’s current market position
- Identify opportunities to improve competitive positioning through stronger customer service
- Negotiate with RS partners and coach teams on customer management to grow business
- Track competitor activity and recommend appropriate counter-actions to the branch
- Monitor RS partners and their sales teams through a structured performance process
- Address infrastructure gaps through timely corrective action
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 6–8 years of experience in general trade, channel sales, ROI analysis, and distributor management
- Have at least 6 years of channel sales experience
- Hold a full-time graduation degree
- Demonstrate strong capability in ROI calculations and RS distribution management
- Understand RS appointment processes and sales planning
- Have experience planning and executing promotional activities
- Communicate effectively in English and, preferably, the local language
