- Direct complex consulting projects through completion, delivering quality results within budget and on schedule.
- Oversee engagement scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and outcome measurement.
- Develop trusted partnerships with executives, health system boards, and clinical teams.
- Assess client needs, develop proposals, build pipelines, and expand account revenue.
- Translate healthcare data and analytics into executive briefings, strategic roadmaps, and practical recommendations.
- Facilitate executive discussions, clinical training, and leadership workshops.
- Develop, test, and launch improved consulting tools and technologies.
- Meet utilization expectations and uphold high quality standards across personal and client work.
- Coach colleagues and work with Strategic Consulting leaders, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least eight years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong grasp of healthcare market trends and care delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage consulting engagements end to end, including scope, schedules, budgets, and results.
- Management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience in consulting business development, expanding client relationships, or developing proposals.
- Expertise in patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies.
- Experience leading improvement initiatives in experience, safety, engagement, quality, or performance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
