- Lead strategy for customer data, audience management, measurement, and decisioning.
- Bring business stakeholders, technology and analytics teams, and vendors together around shared goals and roadmaps.
- Advise on customer data and marketing technology capabilities.
- Set future-state strategies for acquisition, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Contribute to the roadmap for Customer Data Platform capabilities and future enhancements.
- Define and rank Phase 2 CDP initiatives and related business use cases.
- Work with technology and analytics teams to assess and advance decision engine capabilities.
- Improve measurement capabilities and reporting frameworks with Data & Analytics teams.
- Support Customer Journey Analytics initiatives and the wider measurement strategy.
- Find ways to strengthen actionable insights, audience understanding, and marketing performance measurement.
- Advise on Acxiom’s capabilities across the Adobe ecosystem.
- Work with bureaus, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to make the most of customer data assets.
- Guide audience, identity, and activation strategies for Bread and its brand partners.
- Connect Bread value streams and strategic initiatives with enterprise roadmaps.
- Influence teams across marketing, analytics, product, and technology.
- Lead through collaboration, consensus-building, and clear communication.
- Assess client needs, prepare business and systems requirements, research key business decisions, recommend solutions, and help implement resulting changes.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 6 years of financial services implementation or related technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Understanding of marketing campaign execution across Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance.
- Strong skills in engaging and collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and set a vision in a changing environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, with persuasive delivery and strong business writing.
- Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience.
- Ability to gather requirements from initiative owners and turn them into actionable work for Acxiom teams.
- Experience working across Product, Architecture, Technology, and Business organizations.
- Ability to influence priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
