Apraksts

  • Direct complex consulting projects through completion, delivering quality results within budget and on schedule.
  • Oversee engagement scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and outcome measurement.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with executives, health system boards, and clinical teams.
  • Assess client needs, develop proposals, build pipelines, and expand account revenue.
  • Translate healthcare data and analytics into executive briefings, strategic roadmaps, and practical recommendations.
  • Facilitate executive discussions, clinical training, and leadership workshops.
  • Develop, test, and launch improved consulting tools and technologies.
  • Meet utilization expectations and uphold high quality standards across personal and client work.
  • Coach colleagues and work with Strategic Consulting leaders, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners.

Prasības

  • At least eight years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare market trends and care delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage consulting engagements end to end, including scope, schedules, budgets, and results.
  • Management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience in consulting business development, expanding client relationships, or developing proposals.
  • Expertise in patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies.
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives in experience, safety, engagement, quality, or performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
