Senior Executive Assistant at TSC
Support FALCATA’s COO with executive operations, scheduling, travel, and events. This telework-enabled position requires onsite availability in Huntsville, Alabama, or the Washington, DC metro area.
विवरण
- Improve the Executives’ office efficiency by maintaining effective processes, systems, and tools.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and track internal and external task workflows.
- Review documents for content, accuracy, coordination, and completeness, and process them as needed.
- Prepare for executive engagements by researching attendees, summarizing ongoing work, and drafting talking points.
- Assess and distribute sensitive information and documentation, and flag issues for the COO.
- Manage the COO’s calendars and coordinate senior-level meetings, visits, and events.
- Coordinate clearances, VIP parking, building access, agendas, domestic and international travel, lodging, logistics, security, and expenses.
- Organize company events led by the COO, coordinating venues, lodging, food, IT, and administrative support.
- Oversee daily facility, property, safety, supply, and office needs.
- Prepare weekly updates on key events, milestones, approvals, and priority tasks.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and at least 8 years of executive-level office management experience, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
- Proficiency in standard business concepts and practices.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, security investigation, and drug screening.
