Senior Executive Assistant at TSC

  • Improve the Executives’ office efficiency by maintaining effective processes, systems, and tools.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and track internal and external task workflows.
  • Review documents for content, accuracy, coordination, and completeness, and process them as needed.
  • Prepare for executive engagements by researching attendees, summarizing ongoing work, and drafting talking points.
  • Assess and distribute sensitive information and documentation, and flag issues for the COO.
  • Manage the COO’s calendars and coordinate senior-level meetings, visits, and events.
  • Coordinate clearances, VIP parking, building access, agendas, domestic and international travel, lodging, logistics, security, and expenses.
  • Organize company events led by the COO, coordinating venues, lodging, food, IT, and administrative support.
  • Oversee daily facility, property, safety, supply, and office needs.
  • Prepare weekly updates on key events, milestones, approvals, and priority tasks.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and at least 8 years of executive-level office management experience, or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
  • Proficiency in standard business concepts and practices.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, security investigation, and drug screening.
