Senior Cybersecurity Lead, Vulnerability Management (Remote)
Cyberguard Connect is seeking a remote Cybersecurity Lead to oversee vulnerability and exposure management, develop security teams, and advance strategic cybersecurity services.

- Own the technical direction of vulnerability and exposure management.
- Lead and develop security teams and their team leads.
- Advance the organization’s existing vulnerability management services.
- Establish and build a Continuous Threat Exposure Management program.
- Enhance attack surface management and risk-based assessment practices.
- Identify and evaluate vulnerabilities, exposed systems, and possible attack paths.
- Integrate threat intelligence and dark web monitoring into security strategy.
- Improve security processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.
- Assess and implement new security technologies and tools.
- Partner with SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and service management teams.
- Provide technical guidance on customer projects and complex security issues.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Several years of professional cybersecurity experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one of these areas: vulnerability management, exposure management, security operations or SOC, or attack surface management.
- Experience leading teams through technical or disciplinary management.
- Ability to grow technical teams and delegate ownership effectively.
- Advanced understanding of vulnerabilities, attack paths, and cyber risk.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and risk-based vulnerability assessment.
- Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience enhancing complex security services and operational processes.
- Background in project and stakeholder management.
- Analytical, methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strategic perspective paired with hands-on technical capability.
- Degree in computer science, IT security, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
