Senior Data Analyst responsible for designing credit policies and performance indicators for a major PowerOfData client. The role covers risk monitoring, credit scoring, and A/B testing to support business decisions.

- Design, test, and refine underwriting policies, credit limits, and cutoff rules while measuring effects on approval rates, risk, and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain reporting for credit KPIs such as approval rate, vintage delinquency, FPD, 30/60/90+ delinquency, roll rate, and loss.
- Analyze KPI deviations, determine root causes, and communicate practical recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Track the performance of credit-policy models and scores using KS, Gini, and PSI, identifying when recalibration may be required.
- Plan and structure A/B tests and champion-versus-challenger evaluations for credit policies.
- Present analytical findings to managers and business teams, turning complex data into actionable decisions.
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts through code and analysis reviews.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring typically five or more years of credit data analysis experience in banking, fintech, retail, or telecommunications.
- Have hands-on experience proposing, implementing, and monitoring credit policy changes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of core credit risk indicators and vintage analysis.
- Use SQL and Python confidently for data analysis, including pandas and NumPy.
- Have experience with SAS.
- Apply a strong foundation in statistics to credit analysis.
- Explain complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
