Senior Consulting Solution Architect, Digital Experience
Shape digital experience and unified communications solutions for CDW customers. Lead technical presales, scope solutions, and guide customer strategy.

- Develop assessment and service offerings spanning architecture, optimization, technology health checks, deployment, and advisory work.
- Lead customer discussions on digital experience and provide technical guidance on unified communications, Microsoft Teams, Webex, calling, and related solutions.
- Advise customers, delivery teams, sellers, and sales leaders; shape sales strategies and support opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into solution scope, assumptions, deliverables, and statements of work.
- Evaluate technical and competitive factors to align solutions with customers’ long-term goals.
- Build strategic relationships with customers, sales and delivery leaders, and key partners.
- Support state and local government opportunities, including RFPs and contract requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert across multiple product and solution families.
- Contribute to marketing-approved thought leadership for LinkedIn, blogs, and online publications.
- Lead technical enablement, outreach, coaching, and mentoring for Solution Architects and sellers.
- Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience, or at least 12 years of work experience.
- At least 8 years in technical presales, consulting, or post-sale delivery.
- Deep technical expertise in digital experience and unified communications.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, calling, and related digital experience solutions.
- Ability to write statements of work and define and understand solution scope.
- Sales or presales experience with strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and explain complex technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25%.
- CDW experience or strong knowledge of its operations is a plus.
- Experience supporting state and local customers is a plus.
- Familiarity with RFPs, contract requirements, approval levels, and public-sector purchasing processes is a plus.
- Experience in an OEM, customer, or partner environment, combining deep industry knowledge with technical and sales capabilities, is a plus.
- Residence in the western half of the United States is a plus.
