- Set the e-commerce growth roadmap and turn commercial goals into measurable initiatives.
- Manage and improve the Shopify storefront, including merchandising, landing pages, promotions, integrations, and customer journeys.
- Track traffic, conversions, revenue, average order value, acquisition costs, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan and run structured conversion optimization and A/B testing programs.
- Work with marketing teams to improve paid and organic acquisition, email, SMS, and lifecycle channel results.
- Find ways to increase repeat purchases, cross-selling, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Coordinate growth initiatives with creative, merchandising, operations, and technical partners.
- Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Assess emerging e-commerce trends, platform capabilities, tools, and customer behavior.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least five years of experience in e-commerce, digital growth, performance marketing, or a related commercial role.
- Have at least two years of hands-on experience managing or optimizing a Shopify store.
- Show a record of measurable growth in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.
- Know conversion optimization, experimentation, digital acquisition, merchandising, and retention.
- Be able to interpret web analytics, channel data, customer behavior, and commercial performance metrics.
- Have experience working across marketing, creative, operations, and technical teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable enterprise e-commerce platform is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, attribution, email marketing, customer relationship management, and personalization tools is an advantage.
- Experience overseeing external agencies, developers, freelancers, or technology vendors is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce integrations, site performance, and user experience principles is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or Shopify Liquid is an advantage.
