- Create and maintain HR data pipelines supporting modeling, automated metrics, and reporting
- Develop self-service analytics layers that allow HR teams to answer business questions independently
- Lead the architecture and delivery of a dedicated People Analytics warehouse and reporting layer
- Collaborate with Insights Analysts and provide technical leadership for high-priority data initiatives
- Coach colleagues and promote strong BI practices across and beyond the People Analytics team
- Develop semantic and metric layers that enable reliable AI access to People data
- Establish metric definitions, maintain model documentation, and manage access for dependable conversational analytics
- Apply AI-assisted methods to pipeline development, data modeling, testing, and documentation
- Define practical standards for effective AI-assisted engineering
- Manage warehouse governance, including PII protection, access controls, result accuracy, GDPR, works council requirements, anonymization, and documentation for high-risk HR applications
आवश्यकताएँ
- Proven ability to build and manage complete data pipelines, from ingestion through visualization
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, modern analytics engineering, Git workflows, dbt or comparable transformation tools, orchestration, testing, and observability
- Advanced SQL expertise, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
- Practical experience with a modern BI platform and its modeling layer; Looker is preferred, with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI also relevant
- Experience creating analytics-ready models with clear definitions and thorough documentation
- Experience working with AI agents
- Ability to collect requirements, set priorities, and deliver technical projects
- English proficiency for regular professional communication in writing and conversation
