  • Address complex talent questions involving attraction, development, and retention through strategic and analytical approaches.
  • Use data and analysis to inform executive workforce planning and organizational strategy.
  • Create frameworks to measure the effectiveness of workforce programs.
  • Develop analyses and tools that support talent retention and development.
  • Identify ways to improve the associate experience, conduct analysis, and communicate insights.
  • Build programs and analytics solutions covering measurement strategy, attribution modeling, and automated insights.
  • Work with clients to design experiments that clarify the factors influencing associate behavior.
  • Evaluate program impact and apply organizational science findings to enable data-informed decisions.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses, design solutions, assess operational feasibility, support implementation, and develop monitoring plans and tools.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and clients.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of professional experience conducting analysis.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, completed or in progress, with completion required by the scheduled start date.
  • Alternatively, a master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, completed by the scheduled start date.
  • Preferred: A master’s degree in business or a quantitative field.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience building statistical models.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in market research.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience writing SQL queries.
  • Preferred: At least two years of experience in business analysis.
  • Preferred: At least one year of consulting experience.
  • Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.
  • Strong quantitative orientation and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including data visualization and storytelling.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
