- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of software engineering or related experience; alternatively, 7 years of software engineering or related experience
- Extensive background in platform engineering leadership
- Proven experience delivering scalable cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling
- Expertise designing and implementing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
- Strong command of software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, and observability
- Ability to apply model-driven design and use AI agents alongside cloud engineering
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement and technical innovation
