Set the technical vision and strategy for the CARE agentic transformation
Own end-to-end architecture for agentic workflows and next-generation CRM solutions
Resolve complex technical decisions spanning systems and teams
Create scalable, reusable architecture and engineering patterns
Lead the transition from the existing non-agentic experience to an agentic model
Assess and address architectural risks, dependencies, and scalability constraints
Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, CRM, and Engineering leaders
Connect technology decisions with business objectives
Shape technical direction across organizational boundaries
Mentor senior engineers and strengthen engineering standards through best practices
Develop a resilient, extensible foundation for future agentic capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of software engineering or related experience; alternatively, 7 years of software engineering or related experience
Extensive background in platform engineering leadership
Proven experience delivering scalable cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling
Expertise designing and implementing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
Strong command of software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, and observability
Ability to apply model-driven design and use AI agents alongside cloud engineering
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement and technical innovation
