Principal Product Manager, AI Integrations — Introhive (Remote Canada)
Lead product strategy and delivery for Introhive’s AI-powered relationship-intelligence platform serving professional-services firms. Own MCP integrations, roadmap execution, customer discovery, and AI solutions that turn relational data into useful workflows.

- Manage the full product lifecycle across multiple product areas, from initial concept through retirement
- Build multi-quarter roadmaps that support company goals and priorities
- Help shape the overall product vision and strengthen product-market fit
- Develop business cases for relationship-insight products that connect Introhive’s relationship graph with enterprise LLMs and vertical AI platforms
- Define functional specifications for MCP connectors and third-party integrations
- Maintain reliable data ingestion, signal availability, and connector performance
- Find high-value workflow opportunities with clients, customer advisors, and go-to-market teams
- Convert relational data into context-rich workflows for legal, accounting, and consulting users
- Conduct structured pre-development validation of data accuracy, speed, and practical value
- Work with development teams to complete planned sprints
- Coordinate product planning, delivery, and launch preparation
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support on releases, adoption, documentation, and post-launch monitoring
- Communicate and champion the roadmap with internal and external audiences
- Manage feature areas after release by monitoring adoption, prioritizing improvements, and overseeing lifecycle maintenance
- Coach product managers while advancing product practice standards and team culture
- Achieve measurable customer-focused results against the established roadmap
आवश्यकताएँ
- More than eight years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS
- At least three years in a senior or principal role with ownership of substantial solution areas and customer problems
- Experience leading others through formal or informal leadership
- Background in professional-services software, ideally legal technology, accounting, or consulting
- Strong knowledge of professional-services operating models and fee-earner workflows
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol, LLM context-window engineering, APIs, and relational graph architectures
- Ability to work with engineering teams on signal latency, formatting, and connector limitations
- Experience turning complex, unstructured relational data into actionable AI context or go-to-market capabilities
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to conduct customer-led user research and usability testing
- Practical experience with Agile methods, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
- Proven collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design
- An iterative approach to building understanding and reducing risk
- Ability to define product vision and focus investment on the highest-value opportunities
