Junior Payroll Coordinator - Brisbane Hybrid
Support accurate, compliant global payroll at Megaport in a junior coordinator role covering payroll changes, reconciliations, onboarding, leave queries, and reporting.
विवरण
- Support payroll activities across the full processing cycle
- Compile monthly and fortnightly payroll updates, including contract changes, departures, absences, and commissions
- Supply accurate payroll information to external providers
- Check new starter documentation and maintain payroll system records
- Send onboarding communications to new employees when needed
- Support final payroll reports and month-end close tasks
- Act as a first point of contact for routine employee payroll questions
- Maintain payroll document templates and monthly tracking files
- Complete basic payroll reconciliations and support standard payroll reporting
- Apply awards, agreements, and individual employment contracts across multiple markets
- Prepare and reconcile superannuation, 401(k), UK pension, and other retirement fund payments
- Help resolve payroll questions from employees, external parties, and regional accountants
- Handle employee leave questions in line with applicable policies
- Complete additional payroll activities as assigned
