Apraksts

  • Support payroll activities across the full processing cycle
  • Compile monthly and fortnightly payroll updates, including contract changes, departures, absences, and commissions
  • Supply accurate payroll information to external providers
  • Check new starter documentation and maintain payroll system records
  • Send onboarding communications to new employees when needed
  • Support final payroll reports and month-end close tasks
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine employee payroll questions
  • Maintain payroll document templates and monthly tracking files
  • Complete basic payroll reconciliations and support standard payroll reporting
  • Apply awards, agreements, and individual employment contracts across multiple markets
  • Prepare and reconcile superannuation, 401(k), UK pension, and other retirement fund payments
  • Help resolve payroll questions from employees, external parties, and regional accountants
  • Handle employee leave questions in line with applicable policies
  • Complete additional payroll activities as assigned

Prasības

  • Prioritise competing tasks effectively and deliver work by required deadlines
  • Bring at least two years of payroll or accounting experience from a fast-paced workplace
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be motivated, proactive, and highly organised
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service
