Support payroll activities across the full processing cycle
Compile monthly and fortnightly payroll updates, including contract changes, departures, absences, and commissions
Supply accurate payroll information to external providers
Check new starter documentation and maintain payroll system records
Send onboarding communications to new employees when needed
Support final payroll reports and month-end close tasks
Act as a first point of contact for routine employee payroll questions
Maintain payroll document templates and monthly tracking files
Complete basic payroll reconciliations and support standard payroll reporting
Apply awards, agreements, and individual employment contracts across multiple markets
Prepare and reconcile superannuation, 401(k), UK pension, and other retirement fund payments
Help resolve payroll questions from employees, external parties, and regional accountants
Handle employee leave questions in line with applicable policies
Complete additional payroll activities as assigned
