Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Diebold Nixdorf hardware and software for banking and retail customers. Provide on-site service, configuration, preventive maintenance, and customer training across an assigned territory.

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
- Complete scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout an assigned territory.
- Verify product performance, resolve faults, and escalate issues under established procedures.
- Diagnose hardware and software failures with appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Repair hardware at the component level and adjust mechanical parts as needed.
- Configure and install required software applications.
- Replenish consumable materials according to instructions.
- Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
- Train customers to use and operate installed hardware and software.
- Coordinate service appointments, complete documentation, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Take part in training, KPI programs, and special projects.

- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1–2 years of field services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Diebold Nixdorf fleet standards.
