- Keep clients informed and monitor their progress.
- Assess clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Create financial strategies tailored to each client.
- Provide clear recommendations and guidance.
- Discuss financial products and services suited to clients’ circumstances.
- Complete a 120-day practical training program.
- Work toward required FINRA licenses and registrations with company sponsorship.
- Receive training, guidance, and mentorship from a local Vice President.
- Take part in ongoing professional and leadership development.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent skills and work experience.
- Obtain State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
