Digital Experience Specialist (Hybrid)
Lead digital experience initiatives for Arc'teryx ecommerce sites and mobile apps through UX copywriting, analytics, research, localization, and cross-functional delivery.

- Lead digital experience projects from concept through delivery across the organization
- Use research tools, analytics, and guest feedback to uncover friction in site experiences
- Recommend user experience improvements to the UX design team
- Partner with Guest Services, UX, Localization, and business teams throughout the design process
- Manage the UX copywriting workflow
- Develop workflows that enable design and development teams to work effectively
- Direct UX copywriting programs across digital properties in partnership with localization teams
- Launch digital experiences through design contributions, content entry, asset management, and testing
- Evaluate qualitative feedback with Voice of Customer and UX Analytics tools
- Plan and implement website and mobile-app content updates with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide localized content for roadmap initiatives and ad hoc requests
- Contribute to UX research projects using varied research methods
- Improve operational processes and recurring tasks
- Recommend enhancements to content management systems
- Help develop the UX Research program and its strategy
- Enhance localization to address regional user needs
- Expand Voice of Customer and UX Analytics capabilities through platform-gap analysis and industry research
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- At least five years of digital or ecommerce experience, including copywriting and content work
- Experience using project management platforms such as JIRA and Confluence
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Sanity
- Experience partnering directly with web development teams and familiarity with web, mobile, and ecommerce technologies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across business functions and technical audiences
- Experience with agile methods and iterative development
- Experience with web analytics and using data to inform and support decisions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven setting
- Willingness and ability to research industry knowledge and established best practices
- A mindset focused on breakthrough ideas and continuous improvement
