- Manage content across social media channels
- Create and update company intranet content
- Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other email communications
- Produce brochures, flyers, reports, and other printed materials
- Develop podcast content featuring DCX people, culture, expertise, and stories
- Support reputation management and coordinate publicity events
- Use design and publishing software to produce communication materials
- Research information relevant to communication materials
- Write, edit, and proofread content for varied audiences
- Work with departments to clarify communication needs and objectives
- Create and execute communication strategies aligned with DCX goals and values
- Evaluate communication campaigns and refine them as needed
- Oversee internal and external information flows for accuracy and consistency
- Create, maintain, and enforce communication policies and procedures
- Analyze web, email, and social media metrics and report results to management
- Keep communications consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Prepare and manage crisis communication plans
- Address communication challenges promptly and effectively
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline
- At least three years of relevant communications experience
- Strong spoken, written, and English-language communication skills
- Availability for overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time, or work within US operating hours
- Proficiency with desktop publishing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and comparable design software
- Experience producing and editing video and creating engaging multimedia content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, plus content management systems and social media platforms
- Experience creating consistent social media content, coordinating graphics, and managing social media accounts
