Tavsif

  • Manage content across social media channels
  • Create and update company intranet content
  • Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other email communications
  • Produce brochures, flyers, reports, and other printed materials
  • Develop podcast content featuring DCX people, culture, expertise, and stories
  • Support reputation management and coordinate publicity events
  • Use design and publishing software to produce communication materials
  • Research information relevant to communication materials
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for varied audiences
  • Work with departments to clarify communication needs and objectives
  • Create and execute communication strategies aligned with DCX goals and values
  • Evaluate communication campaigns and refine them as needed
  • Oversee internal and external information flows for accuracy and consistency
  • Create, maintain, and enforce communication policies and procedures
  • Analyze web, email, and social media metrics and report results to management
  • Keep communications consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Prepare and manage crisis communication plans
  • Address communication challenges promptly and effectively

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of relevant communications experience
  • Strong spoken, written, and English-language communication skills
  • Availability for overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time, or work within US operating hours
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and comparable design software
  • Experience producing and editing video and creating engaging multimedia content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, plus content management systems and social media platforms
  • Experience creating consistent social media content, coordinating graphics, and managing social media accounts
