- Build channel strategy to grow revenue and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Recruit and onboard resellers, distributors, and strategic alliance partners.
- Develop lasting relationships with key partners.
- Act as the main contact and advocate for partner needs.
- Equip partners with tools, training, and resources to sell and support data security solutions.
- Set performance measures and track partner results.
- Create improvement plans to help partners meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work with marketing on joint campaigns and events.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Keep current on product offerings and industry trends.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 7–10 years of channel sales or partner management experience, preferably in data security or technology.
- A record of building and managing a high-performing channel partner network in the security industry.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to data security solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
