- Manage and enhance data models, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure
- Establish and maintain essential product and business metrics
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve instrumentation and data quality
- Assess product performance, customer behavior, funnels, retention, and business trends
- Analyze product updates and experiments using statistically rigorous methods
- Create dashboards and analyses that support informed decision-making
- Present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain the data and analytics foundation used by Product, Growth, Customer Success, R&D, and leadership teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or analytics engineering
- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong data modeling capabilities
- Experience with dbt or a comparable data transformation and modeling tool
- Experience analyzing varied business and product datasets
- Familiarity with product analytics and BI platforms such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and statistical judgment when evaluating experiments and incomplete data
- Demonstrated ownership and communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Athena, or Spark is a plus
- Python experience for analytics and data work is a plus
- Experience with AI, voice, or conversational products is a plus
- Healthcare or home-care experience is a plus
