- Advise the CEO as a trusted strategic partner on enterprise priorities, risks, opportunities, and decisions
- Guide executive discussions and high-impact stakeholder engagements involving the Executive Team, Board, and partners
- Align the Executive Team and business units around enterprise priorities and drive their execution
- Convert decisions into defined ownership, action plans, milestones, and measurable results
- Surface obstacles, dependencies, and resource requirements while helping resolve them promptly
- Improve Executive Team operating rhythms, decision quality, accountability, and follow-through
- Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and progress
- Apply structure, analysis, and sound judgment to complex or ambiguous enterprise matters
- Develop cross-functional relationships that strengthen collaboration and accelerate results
- Transition into another organizational role within 12–24 months
Talablar
- Bring 10–15+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, business management, or consulting
- Show leadership demonstrated during a significant business event
- Contribute effectively to executive decisions, enterprise alignment, communication, and execution amid pressure and uncertainty
- Work across functions while connecting strategy, operations, finance, risk, talent, technology, and customer outcomes
- Link long-range strategy with near-term execution, prioritization, accountability, and measurable performance
- Build trust, influence without formal authority, and align stakeholders with varied perspectives
- Explain complex issues clearly through executive and board communications, conversations, writing, and presentations
- Demonstrate enterprise perspective, decisiveness, resilience, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity, complexity, disruption, and change
