Tavsif

  • Act as the main contact for several clients, building effective operational relationships and supporting business development.
  • Drive ongoing improvements across client services, developing and refining use cases, playbooks, automation, and data collection sources.
  • Maintain high-quality analysis and follow established procedures.
  • Track tickets and ensure responses are timely and relevant.
  • Prepare and lead operational reviews and steering committee meetings.
  • Track service quality measures, including incident volumes and false-positive rates.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Plan and run regular use case tests and validations, and standardize them where possible.
  • Track emerging attack techniques to improve detection use cases.
  • Take part in threat hunting.
  • Help grow the internal cyber defense community.

Talablar

  • A master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • At least two years' experience in a systems and network operations team, ideally in a SOC.
  • Ability to manage potentially sensitive incidents from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized working style.
  • Open-mindedness and responsiveness as threats and attacks evolve.
  • Energy, curiosity, and motivation to build skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to make recommendations.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
