Tavsif

  • Help the Payments GM and leadership team define, monitor and refine Payments strategy.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify insights and operational issues.
  • Develop and independently deliver solutions that can scale.
  • Create and maintain data-backed performance views across products, squads and initiatives.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Data and Design teams to put strategy into practice.
  • Run monthly business reviews and prepare reporting and governance materials.
  • Assess opportunities through market sizing, commercial models, partnership reviews and budget and forecast analysis.
  • Improve how KTLO, BAU and growth work is allocated.
  • Contribute to resourcing and squad formation decisions.
  • Keep Payments squads and Monzo collectives informed and aligned.
  • Help scale the lending book and launch operations for Borrowing products in new geographies.
  • Organise Payments All Hands, goal-setting and strategic forums.

  • Think strategically, connect systems and anticipate emerging trends.
  • Solve problems with analytical rigour, commercial judgment and a clear path to execution.
  • Work effectively amid ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Influence without formal authority and build alignment across functions.
  • Make commercially sound trade-offs and prioritisation decisions using data, business impact and resource constraints.
  • Analyse large datasets and independently address unstructured problems.
  • Work across functions with highly technical teams, including Machine Learning and Data or Analytics Engineering.
  • Look for ways to improve organisational efficiency, scalability and focus.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK and attend the London office occasionally.
