Tavsif

  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Work with Agile teams, business analysts, data architects, and data engineers.
  • Evaluate and recommend conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Document data platforms and outcomes, including source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, catalogs, and lineage.
  • Examine existing data structures and trace flows from source systems to targets.
  • Maintain efficient data movement between users and stakeholders.
  • Cleanse and enrich data to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Collect, structure, interpret, and communicate complex information.
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate reviews of data requirements.
  • Present complex issues and build alignment through influence, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution.
  • Create clear, actionable documentation for approval workflows and technical teams.
  • Contribute to sprint reviews, retrospectives, catch-up sessions, and other sprint activities.
  • Bridge business and technical teams in the development of data solutions.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, engineering, business, administration, or a related discipline.
  • Seven or more years of experience as a specialized data analyst.
  • Experience using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Extensive experience managing the data lifecycle.
  • Practical experience with dimensional and relational data modeling.
  • Practical experience with data quality.
  • Practical experience programming in SQL.
  • Practical experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Practical experience with metadata management and master data management.
  • Experience reverse-engineering source-to-target mappings.
  • Ability to create ETL specifications from physical data models.
  • Strong analytical ability with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Azure and Databricks technologies.
  • Experience with data modeling tools such as erwin.
  • Knowledge of Spark SQL.
  • Programming experience in SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in both official languages.
  • Eligibility to work legally in Canada is preferred.
  • Ability to meet government security requirements.
