Tavsif

  • Lead internal communications and employee engagement across multiple facilities.
  • Create and deliver communication strategies that support business goals and local site priorities.
  • Guide operations leaders on timely, relevant communications tailored to frontline workers.
  • Manage and improve intranet, digital signage, SharePoint, and multimedia communication channels.
  • Turn complex business and operational priorities into clear narratives and strategic stories.
  • Interview employees and leaders to share authentic perspectives on employee experience, innovation, and impact.
  • Create engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural events.
  • Connect facility teams with corporate communications and engagement groups.
  • Help plan and deliver crisis and change communications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, volunteers, stakeholders, site leaders, and administrative teams.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least five years of internal communications experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
  • Strategic storytelling skills, including interviewing, writing, editing, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internal communications platforms.
  • Experience planning events, managing projects, and supporting employee engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a focus on execution and inclusive messaging.
