Tavsif

  • Lead software application and service delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, and prepare software design specifications
  • Evaluate hardware and software interactions with engineers and architects
  • Create and run automated test plans and strategies
  • Validate test environments, test data, and results while designing and implementing code fixes
  • Perform unit, dynamic application security, interface, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
  • Support applications, resolve configuration and environment issues, and assist with software deployments
  • Review deliverables from cross-vendor teams
  • Build, implement, and manage quality assurance processes for Salesforce products
  • Define and communicate quality standards and parameters for Salesforce systems
  • Partner with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and business owners throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Manage functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce CRM interfaces and backend web services, including UAT support
  • Provide production support and automate appropriate features with Selenium and Postman
  • Establish testing best practices, methodologies, and delivery standards for Salesforce systems
  • Develop testing and integration strategies for data flows between Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Plan, conduct, monitor, and assess Salesforce product testing
  • Improve quality assurance methods for test and defect management
  • Manage external vendors and Salesforce consulting services
  • Deliver Salesforce product training
  • Lead resource allocation, test estimation, defect triage, and stakeholder meetings
  • Maintain JIRA for defect management and track customer-facing issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues and drive defects through closure

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • Seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation
  • Experience overseeing software application and service delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with an emphasis on automation
  • Experience applying multiple programming languages to execute defined development methodologies
  • Experience conducting CRM and point-of-sale testing
  • Experience with test estimation, planning, and automation
  • Experience using Postman, SoapUI, and Selenium
  • Experience with SQL or SOQL, Java, JavaScript, and XML
  • Experience with database technologies including Oracle
