Tavsif

  • Resolve user incidents and service requests through first-line support, escalating cases to higher-level teams when needed.
  • Install, configure, maintain, patch, and update Windows workstations.
  • Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including creating, deactivating, and modifying users and permissions.
  • Support and maintain corporate applications, productivity tools, and remote-management solutions.
  • Administer antivirus software and other endpoint security tools.
  • Maintain technology inventories and track IT assets.
  • Document IT procedures, incidents, and operational tasks.

Talablar

  • Technical training in information technology, systems, or a related field, either in progress or completed.
  • At least 1–2 years of previous work experience, including experience outside technology companies.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic Linux knowledge.
  • Microsoft, Linux, or networking certifications and courses are valued.
