Tavsif

  • Research customers, markets, and competitors to inform creative strategy.
  • Develop fresh angles, hooks, and creative hypotheses.
  • Write hooks, scripts, video sales letters, and advertorials.
  • Build swipe files for the DACH and US markets.
  • Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, and Rule1.
  • Spot scalable concepts, creative fatigue, and winning ads to iterate.
  • Set iteration priorities together on the weekly call.
  • Manage the transition from strategy to production.
  • Prepare production-ready briefs for six video editors.
  • Give creative feedback and set priorities for iteration cycles.
  • Take ownership of concepts within the testing roadmap and messaging playbook.
  • Refine the cycle from insight and hypothesis through testing, learning, iteration, and scale.
  • Use Claude for research, hook ideation, copy refinement, and pattern recognition.
  • Work with the Founder and Head of Growth on strategy and the testing roadmap.

Talablar

  • German proficiency at C1/C2 level.
  • At least two years of experience in direct response copywriting or performance creative for DTC e-commerce.
  • A demonstrable Meta track record, including creatives you developed that supported significant ad spend.
  • Experience working with brands generating seven-figure annual revenue.
  • Ability to turn data into concrete creative decisions.
  • Experience with high-velocity creative testing.
  • Ability to write clear briefs for editors and work independently.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Submit three ads for which you personally wrote the script or developed the creative strategy.
  • State the highest monthly spend reached by one of your own creatives.
  • List your three most recent positions, with each brand, dates, and role.
