Zahteve

  • Bring 10 or more years of experience building, scaling, and operating large distributed systems.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-changing environments.
  • Have experience managing an infrastructure team.
  • Have experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers.
  • Bring deep experience building and operating high-scale backend systems.
  • Show a track record of improving production reliability, latency, and security.
  • Have broad infrastructure expertise spanning hardware and cluster management through services and storage.
  • Demonstrate strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Communicate clearly and think holistically.
  • Make decisions based on user needs and long-term sustainability.
