Opis

  • Lead several engineering teams delivering commercial payment, corporate card, business spending, and financial integration solutions.
  • Advance engineering roadmaps in line with product strategy, business priorities, and customer needs.
  • Set direction for system architecture, technical design, and engineering practices across teams.
  • Manage API, ERP, and third-party integrations to support scale, resilience, and performance.
  • Promote software reliability practices, strong operations, and high system availability.
  • Oversee production support, including incident response, on-call preparedness, release controls, and service recovery.
  • Maintain security, risk, compliance, and data protection standards in regulated settings.
  • Coordinate with Product, Architecture, and business partners on priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
  • Develop capable engineering teams and encourage accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
  • Lead distributed teams, including contractors and vendor partners, in delivering quality solutions at scale.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five to six years of relevant technical experience.
  • Three to four years leading a software engineering team.
  • Experience managing people and leading multiple software engineering teams.
  • Strong grounding in software development, system design, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience delivering API and system integrations and working with enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in production support, incident response, release management, and site reliability engineering (SRE).
  • Knowledge of payments, commercial cards, ACH, money movement, or financial technology platforms.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting integrations, such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or Xero.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, risk management, and regulated industry requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
